WARRANTY COVERAGE:

For LOST VAPE DNA products, LOST VAPE offers a SIX-month warranty from the date of purchase.

For LOST VAPE QUEST products, LOST VAPE offers a THREE-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If the product fails due to a manufacturer’s defect (i.e. malfunctioning chipset, loose connections, etc.), LOST VAPE will gladly repair the product, or replace it for a new unit at our discretion. Costs of return shipping and repair fee are covered by LOST VAPE.

REQUIREMENTS:

Purchasing date and price are required to access the warranty service. Please keep the invoice as further reference. We also recommend to buy from authorized vendors listed in Lost Vape website (www.lostvape.com). Otherwise, certain costs such as repair fee and return shipping will not be covered.

INVALID WARRANTY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

– Warranty is expired
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by improperly operations
– Products purchased lower than MSRP and from unauthorized vendor
– Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use, lack of care or neglect
– Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties not in accordance with LOST VAPE recommendations
