What should I do if the device can't turn on?
1. Make sure the charger is working properly by testing it with other devices, then connect it to the device and see if it turns on.
2. Charge the device using the recommended adapter specified in the user manual for at least one hour, and check if it can turn on.
How to do if the device does not fire?
1. Please ensure the device is turned on.
2. Confirm that the device is fully charged. If not, please charge it for at least one hour and try again.
3. Use a dry cotton swab to clean the connection points between the pod and the device.
4. Check whether the coil or pod is properly installed.
5. Try using a new pod or coil.
What should I do if the device can’t be charged?
1. Clean the charging port and the cable.
2. Charge the device for at least one hour and try to see if the device can turn on.
3. Change a brand charger and cable to try and see if the device can be charged.
4. Please charge with the recommended adaptor on the user manual.
What should I do if the auto draw not working?
1. Please take out the pod, and shake the mod downwards to reduce the condensation blocking the auto sensor.
2. Please use a dry cotton swab to clean the contacts on both the pod and the electrode contact pins on the device.
3. Please change a pod or coil to test.
What should I do if the pin sink or loosen?
1. Please get a tweezers that could access the contact pin, gently clamp the contact pin, you may also press the contact pin slightly.
What should I do if the flavor is very weak?
1. Please try to charge the device for at least one hour.
2. Too much airflow can make the flavor feel diluted. Try closing the airflow slightly for a more concentrated flavor.
3. The flavor of e-liquid that is being used is weak. It is recommended to try another e-liquid.
4. If the e-liquid is not used for a long time after being filled in the pod, the flavor could be bad, especially for the first few puffs, we suggest you replace the e-liquid and the pod or coil.
How to Fix Leaking Issue - Getting E-liquid into Mouth?
Possible Causes of E-liquid in the Mouth While Vaping:
1. Too much condensation inside the pod
2. Letting the pod sit too long after refilling
3. Incorrect wattage settings
4. A faulty coil or pod
5. Overfilling the pod or tank
6. Device not kept upright
Suggestions & Solutions:
1. Remove the pod and shake it downward to clear excess condensation, or replace it with a new pod or coil.
2. Avoid letting the pod sit for too long after refilling. The cotton may absorb too much liquid or condensation, which can enter your mouth when you inhale.
3. Use the recommended wattage shown on the coil. Vaping at too low a wattage may cause e-liquid buildup, leading to leakage.
4. Don’t overfill the pod. Leave a small air gap to prevent e-liquid from entering the mouthpiece.
5. Replace the pod or coil if it’s damaged or used for too long.
6. Keep the device upright when not in use to help prevent leaking.
How to Fix Leaking Issue - From the bottom?
Possible Causes of Leaking from the Bottom:
1. Coil or tank parts not fully tightened or assembled
2. Damaged, missing, or displaced O-rings or seals
3. Overfilling the pod or tank
4. Improper refilling process (e.g. refilling too slowly or leaving the fill port open too long)
5. Low wattage setting causing insufficient atomization
6. Leaving the filled pod or tank unused for a long time
7. Vaping in extreme temperature or pressure environments (e.g. direct sunlight, airplane)
8. Device or tank was dropped or physically damaged
9. Improper percentage of PG:VG of the e-liquid
10. Defect coils or pods
Suggestions & Solutions:
1. Please check whether the coil is installed in place.
2. Check all O-rings, seals, and glass components for any damage, displacement, or cracks. Replace as needed.
3. When you use RBA coil, make sure you stuff the cotton in there really good.
4. Please make sure the area where the device and the pod or tank connect has been wiped clean and dried before use.
5. Refill promptly and cover the silicone pad as soon as possible to prevent excess air from entering the pod or tank.
6. Allow the tank or pod to cool down before refilling, as hot components can increase e-liquid flow and cause leaks.
7. Please use the recommended wattage.
8. When not in use, remove the pod or tank and close all airflow holes.
9. Avoid leaving a filled tank or pod unused for more than 3 days.
10. Do not use the device in high heat, direct sunlight, or low-pressure environments such as airplanes.
11. If the pod or tank continues leaking, replace it with a new pod or coil and test again.
What should I do if it tastes burnt?
Possible Causes of a Burnt Taste:
1. Didn't prime coil before vaping
2. Too frequent Vaping
3. Lack of e-liquid in the pod or tank
4. Improper device settings
5. Improper percentage of PG:VG of the e-liquid
6. Defect coils or pods
Suggestions & Solutions:
1. Stop using it immediately.Please replace a new pod or coil.
2. Make sure to prime your coil before first use. After priming, please wait for 5 minutes to allow proper soaking.
3. Refill the pod or tank in time when the e-liquid level reaches 1/3 to avoid dry hits.
4. Avoid chain vaping.
5. Start your coils off at the low end of the recommended wattage range, and gradually increase to your desired wattage level slowly over the first day of using your new coil.
6. You can replace the e-liquid with a thinner one (lower VG).
What should I do if the tank is too hot?
1. Please lower the output power properly.
2. Avoid chain vaping.
How to store the device when not using it for a long time?
1. Empty and clean the e-liquid from the tank.
2. For devices with built-in batteries, charge them to at least 80% before turning them off.
3. For devices with external batteries, remove the batteries.
4. After cleaning and drying the tank, seal the tank and the device separately in hermetic bags for storage.

1. Make sure the battery is undamaged and completely wrapped.
2. Get them from the specialized shops and Keep couples married forever.
3. Do not sub-ohm vaping without high-discharge(>25A) battery.

What should I do if my device displays “low battery”?
1. Connect the device to a charger using the correct USB cable.If you're using external batteries (like 18650s), remove them and charge with a proper external battery charger.
2. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly (check polarity).
3. Ensure the battery contacts (positive and negative) are clean and making full contact.
4. Please change with another set of batteries. Our mod is recommended to be used with high-discharge(>25A) battery.
What should I do when my mod becomes hot or even "shows too hot"?
1. If you vape for a long time, the device or the tank will become too hot. It will show overheat protection and and you can not vape it.
2. Please turn off the device.
3. You need to take out the batteries (if it is replaceable) and let it sit for 30 minutes.
What should I do if my device displays "Short Circuit" or "Check Atomizer" ?
1. Please clean the 510 pin on both the mod and the atomizer, and keep them dry and clean.
2. Please remove and reinstall the coil (after cleaning).
3. Please try a new coil.
4. Unscrew the tank or atomizer and screw it back in securely.
5. Please try using another atomizer that works well with your other mods to help identify the problem.
What should I do when my device can't turn on?
1. Clean the battery connection part and try to turn on the device again.
2. Try at least 2 set of batteries in the device, and make sure the batteries can work well.
3. Put the batteries in the device, then connect the device with the charger to see if the device can turn on.
What should I do when my device can't charge?
1. Clean the charging port and the cable.
2. Charge the device for at least one hour and press the button to see if the device can turn on.

Consumable Products
Tank, pod, empty pod, coil, O-ring, glass tube, and other consumable products do not apply to this warranty service. If there is quality issue when receiving the goods, please return without filling e-liquid.
